SOME VACCINE INGREDIENTS:  Thimerosal (49.6% MERCURY), Aluminum, Formaldehyde, Anti-Freeze, Coal Tar, MSG, Latex, Gelatin, Horse Urine, other
Animal DNA,
cultured in Aborted Fetal Cell lines...

As one mother said, “I wouldn’t give my infant food with MSG, and I certainly wouldn’t feed him aluminum,  mercury or formaldehyde, so why would I knowingly have those things injected into his bloodstream?”

All states allow Medical Exemtpions. 18 allow Philosophical Exemptions. 49 allow Religious Exemptions.

VACCINE EXEMPTIONS

Remember, constitutionally, no one can question your religious belief... but to be ethical, use beliefs that you truly have.  Despite what some may say, it doesn't have to be a doctrine of a religion that includes vaccinations to use a religious exemption.  I'll list examples from religious beliefs that I hold, or that others have shared with me below - but the individual who is against vaccinating must be able to put into words their personal conviction.  This is only a guide.

-The vaccine program encourages abortions for mothers infected with certain viruses, so vaccine might be brewed from the aborted fetal tissue.  I cannot participate in a program that supports destroying innocent unborn that have been sent from God, in order for pharmaceutical companies to better make profits off of their products.  I cannot participate in a program where material from these aborted fetuses will be injected into my body to become a part of destroying that innocent life.

-The vaccine program depends on destroying a percentage of the population involved.  Brain damage, autoimmune disease, allergies and in some cases death - are expected outcomes of the program for the fight against infectious diseases.  I do not believe that innocent babies should be on the front lines fighting this fight, suffering injuries at the beginning of their lives in order to bring a theoretical benefit to the whole of society.

4 Whosoever therefore shall ahumble himself as this little bchild, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.  5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my aname receiveth me.  6 But whoso shall aoffend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.7 ¶ Woe unto the world because of aoffences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!  (New Testament | Matthew 18:4 - 7)
*the reference is repeated in Mark and Luke

Christ has warned us against offending even ONE of these little ones.  I cannot support a program that goes against the teachings of Christ.  I feel strongly that knowingly participating in the program hurting innocents will bring Godly consequences to my life, or for the next life, as is outlined in the Bible.

(Christianity is not the only faith that believes children should not be on the front lines of a battle, taking casualties)

**This is the one I use most often, because any religion that believes in inspiration and personal revelation through meditation or prayer, can understand it - and it doesn't disrespect another person IN THE SAME RELIGION's decision to vaccinate**

I believe in inspiration and personal revelation for all major life decisions, including medical.  A decision for one person will not have the identical outcome for the next.  Since at this point, no one knows all the reasons why people have bad reactions to vaccines, there is no way to know if my family members will be damaged by the program.  I must depend on my personal prayer and meditation to come to a decision for my family.  The decision may be different for each family member, or might change over time if their health status changes.  It all depends on what I feel in my heart after sincere communication with God.
My religion, ______________,  wholeheartedly supports answers to prayers.

-If you want to join a religion that will back you up on the previous statement, or that has a statute with regards to vaccination, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon) back up personal revelation  - and the religion that backs up NO VACCINATION in their statues, is the Congregation of Universal Wisdom.

LAST, BUT NOT LEAST.
Be prepared for them to give you a bad time.  AND be prepared to tell them that it is your constitutional right to religious freedom, and they cannot question your religious belief.  Let them know they are out of line and that you know it. The truth is, they are frustrated that you are going through the motions of getting out of this, and they want to make it as difficult for you as possible, hoping you'll either break down, or that you won't be able to go to their school -- or whatever the case may be.  In their minds, you are a sadly mistaken and misled individual.
You must be STRONG in knowing that they are the sadly mistaken person that doesn't understand your rights.

RELIGIOUS VACCINE EXEMPTION

Tami: My personal belief is that 55% of Americans would support this exemption if they read it along with a list of Vaccine Ingredients. Americans often campaign and vote solely on abortion/life issues, yet never question their infant's vaccines grown on aborted fetus cells. They also never question mercury, aluminum, anti-freeze, formaldehyde, monkey kidneys, live viruses, carcinogens and known allergens in infant vaccines.

Most parents read up on every other aspect of child care, yet few study in advance concerns about the connection between the brain-toxic mercury and childhood epidemics or read the numerous studies documenting huge increases in other illnesses after vaccines. See Dr. Stephanie Cave's book, "What Your Doctor May NOT Tell You About Children's Vaccinations."  At the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) they have a page listing every possible exemption by state: http://www.909shot.com/state-site/state-exemptions.htm.  This great resource lists state by state the philosophical/medical/religious exemptions allowed.

Please feel free to copy/paste either of these!

To Whom It May Concern:

Public law 97-280 passed by Congress of the United States of America declares the Bible to be
the "Word of God" and directs citizens to "Study and apply the teachings of the Holy Scriptures."

Congressional Records (2000 - 2003) have indicated that pharmaceutical companies are more concerned with profit than they are with safety and have knowingly used toxins in the manufacturing of vaccines regardless of the risks. (See, for example, Congressional Record, May 21, 2003, Mercury in Medicine Report.)

• The Bible teaches that:

1 Corinthians 3:16 (King James Version)
Verse 16 "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God
dwelleth in you?"

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (King James Version)
Verse 19 "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is
in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Verse 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."

To inject known neurotoxins into our children, which have known health risks, would be
a violation of these biblical teachings. Vaccines contain toxic substances such as: mercury, aluminum, and formaldehyde. Mercury, for example, has been proven to destroy brain tissue.

In reference to abstaining from vaccines made using aborted fetal tissue cell lines:

Psalm 139:13-16
Verse 13
"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb.
Verse 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Verse 15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,
Verse 16 your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."

Exodus 20:13 "You shall not murder."

Matthew 5:21 "You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not murder,[1] and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment."

James 4:17 "Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn't do it, sins.

In reference to not mixing our human blood or other tissue with material from animal materials in which vaccine material is cultured:

Leviticus 19:19 (KJV) "Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee."

As there are many cases of polio and other illnesses that have actually been as a result of vaccines:

Revelation 18:4 (KJV) "And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues."

Therefore, I respectfully am stating that my children shall be exempt from vaccination.

Yours truly,

        (Signatures, Notary, etc)

Religious Vaccine Exemption Letter #2:

"We PARENTS NAMES, being the LEGAL PARENTS  of  [CHILD NAME[,  do hereby request exemption from vaccination from  [LIST_OF_VACCINES[  on religious grounds as per  [SCHOOL_CODE_SECTION[.   We object to the vaccines for the following reasons:"

(NOTE: Vaccines are grouped with an objection for each group – see link below for precise vaccines per group)

"Chickenpox, X, and Y vaccines are grown on aborted fetal cells and we believe that this is a violation of God's law on the grounds that it could justify/promote abortions."

"W, X, and Z vaccines contain live viruses and we believe that it is a violation of God's law to intentionally introduce these illnesses into our child."

"Hepatitis B is genetically engineered, and we believe that genetic engineering is a violation of God's law."

"P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z vaccines  alter and have been known to cause damage to the God-given immune system, so we object to these immunizations on the grounds that it is violation of God's law."

        (Signatures, Notary, etc)

I'm told that they added this last one in case some of the vaccines are changed (for example, perhaps one may no longer be cultured on aborted fetal cells) that it would prevent the school from using that as a loophole.  Here’s the site link with the "where the vaccines come from" info:

http://www.vaccineawareness.org/information/FactSheet.htm#vacingredient

Furthermore, at least in
Illinois, your objection can be based upon personal religious beliefs rather than on the tenets of a particular organized religion.  Here's where that comes from (Illinois School Board website):

http://www.isbe.net/pps/guidelines.htm

Here's also some more info:

http://www.vaccineawareness.org/IllinoisIssues/AllowableVaccineExemptions.htm

I think it may also be important to say that we the parents accept full responsibility if our kids get sick with one of these illnesses.   And a lawyer doesn't hurt... especially if you have a particularly difficult school district.  There are lawyers that specialize in school code.  Contact a local organization that helps parents with special needs children for a list of local lawyers and maybe even sample letters that have worked in your area.

For medical exemptions, your personally provided medical history should note family members with vaccine adverse reaction, autism, or an auto-immune disease.  The above letter was provided by a person who had their medical vaccine exemption thrown out by a IL school principal in Aug. 2004.  Within a week of starting emails to the Autism-Mercury list online at yahoogroups.com, JT found the above Religious Exemption letter that had been accepted by an IL school!

JT says:  "There sure is a lot to learn about dealing with schools, but I'm proof that you can learn an awful lot in a few days especially with the way we can quickly communicate with each other via this email group."  If you want to join "Autism-Mercury" send an email to: Autism-Mercury-subcribe@yahoogroups.com  or go to www.yahoogroups.com and sign up (put the setting on digest for 2 emails with 25 messages/daily instead of 50 daily).  This list contains doctors, researchers and experienced parents who can give you an amazing amount of information on almost every subject very quickly!!!    (Thank you JT for this info!)

Here's a very informative article:

The Religious Exemption to Vaccination
By Barbara Loe Fisher

All 50 states have exemptions to vaccination written into state law but, with the exception of the medical exemption, the right to a religious, personal, philosophical or conscientious belief exemption varies from state to state.

Those who wish to take a religious exemption to vaccination should be aware of the need to exercise this exemption only if there is the existence of a sincere and deeply held religious belief that conflicts with the secular state law requiring vaccination.

The religious exemption to vaccination exists in all but two states, Mississippi and West Virginia, where its absence has never been challenged at the state Supreme Court level. In states where the religious exemption has been worded restrictively, in that it requires a person to belong to a church with a written tenet opposing vaccination, legal challenges at the state high court level have struck down the state’s attempt to force a citizen to belong to a certain religion or church in order to take the religious exemption to vaccination.

In other words, a person may hold a sincere personal religious belief opposing vaccination without being required to belong to an organized religion or specific church that officially opposes vaccination.

However, most states can and do require some demonstration that the person claiming the religious exemption to vaccination holds sincere and deeply held religious beliefs opposing vaccination. This means the person asking for the right to take a religious exemption should be prepared to defend it on spiritual or religious, not secular (i.e., scientific or medical) grounds.

The Supreme Court of Wyoming and recently a federal court in New York have both set limitations on the lengths to which public health or school officials may go to require a person to prove their sincerely held religious beliefs regarding vaccination. However, these boundaries do not eliminate the requirement to give some demonstration of sincerity.

To protect the integrity and legal viability of the religious exemption to vaccination, it is extremely important that those who belong to and practice a particular faith—whether it be Christian, Jewish, Muslim or any other organized religion—do not change their faith or join another church with the idea that it will be easier to take a religious exemption.

The religious exemption to vaccination is protected and can be defended under the law, no matter what faith is embraced. And it is very important for more individuals who belong to mainstream churches to defend their religious beliefs about vaccination within their own faith.

On Jan. 31 this year, New York federal Judge Michael Telesca ruled in favor of a mother, who is Roman Catholic and opposed to vaccination of her daughter based on her religious beliefs within her faith. Judge Telesca said that the mother had “demonstrated her religious beliefs were genuine. … This Court may not pass on the wisdom of [her] belief, nor on the manner upon which she came to hold that belief, provided that she maintains a sincere and genuine religious objection to immunization.”

Religious beliefs are personal and sacred. In order to defend them against all who would challenge their sincerity, the individual must hold them sincerely. Those who choose to take the religious exemption to vaccination need to remember that.
