Glyco-Nutrient Sugars

Glyco-Nutrient Sugars are at the forefront of nutritional science. There are eight
simple sugars (monosaccharides) that combine with proteins and fats to form a
code that allows each cell to communicate with others. These special molecules
are found on the surface of every cell and allow the immune system to
distinguish between self and non-self. This code is the basis for blood types,
the functioning of the immune system, the body's ability to heal itself, and
much more.
A healthy body receiving excellent
nutrition may have an abundance of these Glyco-Nutrient Sugars, but it is a sure bet
that an unhealthy body is deficient. This causes a breakdown in the internal
communication system that harmonizes trillions of cellular functions every
second.
Deficiencies of Glyco-Nutrient Sugars contribute
to dozens of autoimmune diseases including AIDS, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma,
inflammation, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. (Do an internet search
for "autoimmune diseases".) Increasing the level of Glyco-Nutrient
Sugars in the body
strengthens the immune system and creates increased resistance to bacterial and
viral infections. The ability to distinguish self from non-self is the basis of
the body's ability to fight cancer and maintain good health.
Another way to get Glyco-Nutrient Sugars into your diet is to start a garden and let
your foods ripen naturally. Glyco-Nutrient Sugars are only found in foods that are
fully and naturally ripened on the tree or vine, etc.
The eight essential sugars are: glucose,
galactose, mannose, fucose, xylose, N-acetylglucosamine, N-acetylgalactosamine,
and N-acetylneuraminic acid. Mannose and fucose are particularly important in
the fight against cancer. Glucose and galactose are commonly available in the
modern diet. The other six sugars are generally deficient. Here is where these 8
simple sugars can be obtained:

Homemade Glyco-Nutrient Sugars Powder
A popular multi-level marketing
company sells glyco-nutrient sugars powder for about $1 per gram. There are 454
grams in a pound, so that is $454 per pound. Their product is probably
superior to our homemade glyco-nutrient sugars powder, but ours is more affordable.
Where you might consume 1/4 teaspoon of their powder, you can consume this
by the heaping teaspoon. Being unrefined, our ingredients contain other
nutrients as well.
Here are the powders, prices we pay at
our local store, and the Glyco-Nutrient Sugars they contain. We use equal amounts
of each powder, measuring by volume or weight as is convenient. There are
other recipes on the Internet.

You may want to amend the recipe
according to what is available or what you prefer to eat. For example, some
people include
shiitake mushroom powder, cayenne pepper, or substitute bovine
cartilage for shark cartilage. Whey protein with added enzymes is easier to
digest. Quantities in the recipe may also vary.
Eat one heaping teaspoon twice a day. The
homemade glyco-nutrient sugars powder is very strong. If you do not like the taste,
start with less. Mix your glyco-nutrient sugars powder into juice, yogurt or a
smoothie. Or put your homemade glyco-nutrient sugars powder into capsules so you can
swallow without tasting. You can purchase gelatin capsules or veggie
capsules on the Internet. We use 00 size capsules that cost about 3 cents
each.
Economical capsule filling devices for
home use:
The Capsule Machine
Cap-M-Quik® Size 00 All-In-One Kit
We use The Capsule Machine because it
puts the tops on the capsules for you. With Cap-M-Quik you need to put the
top on each capsule by hand. Be careful not to tamp the powder into the
capsules too firmly. This may cause the capsules to expand, making it
difficult to put the tops on.
You might
want to read on the Internet about each of the above ingredients. Do a
search for "fenugreek healing", "kelp healing", "whey protein healing",
"shark cartilage healing", "psyllium seed healing", "brewers yeast healing",
and "lecithin healing". Many of these have healing powers that have been
recognized since ancient times and there has been much modern research.
