Acupuncture - (human or animal) Ancient Chinese technique recognizing that the energy of the body flows along channels or meridians. Hair-thin needles are inserted into pressure points to release blocked area and equalize life-force energy for the purpose of pain relief, releasing blockages, increased circulation, healing, etc. A low-frequency current may be applied to the needles to produce greater stimulation. These techniques allow the body to solve its own pain and heal itself.

Biofeedback - A way of monitoring minute metabolic changes in ones body (e.g., temperature changes, heart rate, and muscle tension) with the aid of sensitive machines. By consciously visualizing, relaxing, or imagining while observing light, sound, or metered feedback, the client learns to make subtle adjustments to move toward a more balanced internal state.

Chelation Therapy - is a series of intravenous injections designed to nourish or detoxify the body. This IV Therapy can be a primary form of detoxification for heavy metals or other toxins. Chi Machine - the idea behind this unusual aerobic exerciser was suggested by Dr. Shizuo Inoue, Chairman of Japan's Oxygen Health Association. Essential Oils / Aromatherapy - Essential Oils are the volatile oils distilled from plants. Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) - refers to treatment of the entire body with 100-percent oxygen at two times greater than normal atmospheric pressure. Scientific studies have shown that Ozone Therapy (O3), properly introduced into the body in repeated applications may inactivate viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoa and carcinomas in diseased cells.

Hypnotherapy - a range of techniques that allow practitioners to bypass the conscious mind and access the subconscious, where suppressed memories, repressed emotions, and forgotten events may remain recorded. Hypnosis may facilitate behavioral, emotional, or attitudinal change: Often used to help people lose weight or stop smoking, it's also used in the treatment of phobias, stress, and as an adjunct in the treatment of illnesses.

Infrared Ozone Sauna Therapy - a safe and effective therapy used for weight loss, deep tissue detoxification and/or cardio vascular therapy. The FIR rays penetrate deep on a cellular level and are said to aid in joint and pain relief, tissue repair and healing and detoxification. Far infrared sauna technology speeds up metabolism giving your body the benefits of exercising without exercising, and allows sweating at low heat (good for people who can’t tolerate regular saunas). This therapy also combines with oxygen therapy in the form of ozone which is 03, a super charged form of oxygen which gives up its extra molecule of oxygen to anything it comes in contact with thereby promoting deep tissue detoxification.
 
Ion Foot Detox Bath  - also known as Ion Cleanse Foot Soak, or Bio-Cleanse Foot Soak.  In year 2000, these machines were selling at $2500. Now they're only $100 on ebay! They are said to work by sending a small current into the water, creating a circuit through the body (60-70% water), and generating positively charged ions that attach to the negatively charged toxins, neutralizing them and discarding them through the approximate 2000 pores on the feet bottoms. This works by putting your feet in water. You take the machine, plug into wall socket, coming out of machine is an "array" that goes into the water. During the 30-minute foot bath, the water goes from clear regular water to orange/toxic/dirty -- toxins from the body while it also is correcting the acid-alkaline ph balance in the person. The Ion Detox Bath can also be done on the hands.

Iridology  is a diagnostic system based on the premise that every organ has a corresponding location within the iris of the eye, which can serve as an indicator of the individual organ's health or disease.

Kinesiology - systems that use muscle testing procedures, in conjunction with standard methods of diagnosis, to gain information about a patients overall state of health. Practitioners analyze muscle function, posture, gait, and other structural factors in addition to inquiring about lifestyle factors that may be contributing to a health-related problem.

Kirilian Photography - a photographic process that records electrical discharges naturally emanating from living objects, producing an auralike glow surrounding the object. Includes digital and other new forms of aura imaging.

Light / Color Therapy  (a form of electromagnetic therapy) - Energy Therapy using color for balance and healing. This modality is based on the premise that light in the visible spectrum, typically 400 to 750 THz, has healing capabilities. This is particularly important to people with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or sleep disorders. Practitioners might use light or color in the visible spectrum, with each individual colors in the prism correlating to specific types of healing energy. Chakra balancing involved color therapy or visualizing color. Some therapist recommend use of color clothing, color glasses, infusing water with certain colors, more.

Lymph Drainage - also known as Lymph Cleansing - Therapists work with either hands or machines seeking to activate lymph and interstitial fluid circulation, detoxifying the lymph system while also stimulating the functioning of the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems. The Lymphatic system removes waste from the cells, thereby removing toxins from the body. Goals of this therapy are: reduction in edemas (swelling) and lymphedemas of various origins; detoxification of the body; regeneration of tissue, including burns, wounds and wrinkles, anti-aging effects; relief of numerous chronic and subacute inflammations, including sinusitis, bronchitis and otitis; reduction in the symptoms of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia; deep relaxation to aid insomnia and stress; and alleviation of adiposis and cellulite tissue. Its said that having a Lymphatic Drainage session gets the toxins "stirred" up in the system and it's very effective to have this, closely followed within 30 minutes to an hour by an Ion Foot Detox Bath.

Magnetic Therapy  (a form of electromagnetic therapy) - Energy Therapy involving the use of magnets, magnetic devices, or magnetic fields that may relieve aches, stress, provide energy and help the body in its recovery from numerous conditions. Naturopath / Naturopathic Medicine - a primary health-care system emphasizing the curative power of nature, treats both acute and chronic illnesses in all age groups. Naturopathic Physicians work to restore and support the body's own healing ability using a variety of modalities including nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine, and oriental medicine.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) - a set of techniques whose goal is to alter limiting patterns of thought, behavior, and language. In conversation, practitioners observe the client's language, eye movements, posture, breathing, and gestures in order to detect and then help change unconscious patterns linked to the client's emotional state.

Ondamed Machine - (based on pulsed electro-magnetic fields, PEMF). The ONDAMED® is a battery-powered biofeedback device that a medical practitioner uses to determine which frequencies of sound, as well as the accompanying weak pulsed electromagnetic fields, cause a response in a patient's autonomic nervous system.

Qi Gong Massager - (reimbursement by many insurance companies, if recommended by your doctor), Combines Ancient Chinese Wisdom and Modern Technology for treatment of chronic, deep muscle pain and inflammation. Promotes rapid healing.

Radionics - www.radionics.org, Radionics Technology and Bio Energy: Wilhelm Reich invented the orgone accumulator, a device that accumulated life force from its surroundings. Karl Hans Welz invented the Orgone Generator®, wich, as the name implies, actually generates life force. Your power is life force or Chi. With Radionic equipment you are able to have more life force. Consequently you are able to control it where and when you want to do so, such as projecting a large amount of continuous life force to any one or more of the areas in your life or goals that you'd like to improve and strengthen. Reflexology - compressive massage technique applied to feet, hands & ears, based on the idea that specific points correspond with organs and tissues throughout the body, so by massaging or compressing foot points, the therapist is "massaging" internal organs. Reflexology is said to release stress, tension, improve circulation and allow the body to self-correct. There are reflex areas in the hands and feet that correspond to every part of the body including the organs and glands. These parts can be affected by stimulating the appropriate reflex areas.

Rife Machine - discovery that disease organisms, including one occurring in dread cancer, can be killed by bombarding them with radio waves tuned to a particular length for each kind of organism was claimed today by a San Diego Scientist Royal Raymond Rife. He announced his work in the conservative manner of scientists, but his reports indicated the great promise in the telling of successful bombardment of thousands of cultures of organisms. Organisms from tuberculosis, cancer, sarcoma, the tumor resembling cancer but not so mortal as it; deadly streptococcus infection, typhoid fever, staphylococcus infection and two forms of leprosy were among many which the scientist reported are killed by the waves. He said that his laboratory experiments indicated that the method could be used successfully and safely on organisms at work in living tissues. "We do not wish at this time," Rife commented, " to claim that we cured cancer, or any other disease, for that matter. But we can say that these waves or the 'ray' has the power of devitalizing disease organisms, of 'killing ' them, when tuned to an exact particular wave length, or frequency, for each different organism."

Shiatsu - a bodywork therapy developed in Japan incorporates techniques of anma (Japanese traditional massage), acupressure, stretching, and Western massage. Shiatsu involves applying pressure to special points or areas on the body in order to maintain physical and mental well being, treat disease, or alleviate discomfort. Shiatsu, which can be translated as finger pressure, has been described as needle-free acupuncture. 

Sound / Music Therapy - used to harmonize & balance the frequencies of the body. The premise that certain sound frequencies have healing capabilities is the basis of transmitting these frequencies that may be produced by music, voice, crystal bowls, drums, bells, tuning forks, etc., to affected areas.

Thermography - Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) - an FDA-approved diagnostic procedure/machine used to detect cancer (particularly breast cancer) through visually representing the temperature range of soft tissue. "Breast thermography has the ability to warn women up to 10 years before any other procedure that a cancer may be forming," according to www.breastthermography.com.  Thermography has no side effects, unlike mammography with radiation, tissue-damage and increased incidence of breast cancer. Vibrational Therapy - based upon the scientific principles that all matter vibrates to a precise frequency and that by using resonant vibration, physical matter can be restored to perfect balance. Resonance works on the principle that like attracts like. When the F string of a harp is plucked, all the other octave strings of F begin to vibrate because they are in resonance with one another. The different parts of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being resonate to various frequencies of vibration. Vibrational Therapy gently invites stuck energy to move or vibrate again, or over-stimulated energy to find and experience stillness. Over time, the system finds balance between the two by being able to move through the entire range of possibilities fluidly and easily.

Addiction Healing - releasing people from the cravings and compulsions that comprise addiction.

Distant Healing - a conscious, dedicated act of mentation attempting to benefit another person's physical or emotional well-being at a distance. Prayer and spiritual healing both fall under this definition, as do general "well-wishes" by those who insist they have absolutely no religious or spiritual beliefs whatsoever. Essentially, all belief systems are equally powerful at providing non-local healing. Nearly all healers of all modalities listed here believe
in and practice distant healing.

Energetic Protection - the Aura is an electromagnetic energy field around each of us. It’s not visible to most people, but it is instinctively sensed or experienced by others. Your aura is not a closed system, as they say, it is continuously exchanging energy with things around it. Invasive types of negative energies can be found in nursing homes, hospitals, morgues, cemeteries, battlefields, shopping malls, schools, supermarkets, etc. These energies can result from the spirits of people who've died, or the accumulation of intense negative emotions of many of the people who visit these places. There are thousands of different forms of Qi Gong, ancient Chinese exercise systems that aim to stimulate and balance the flow of qi (chi), or vital energy, along the acu-puncture meridians, or energy pathways. Qi gong is used to reduce stress, improve blood circulation, enhance immune function, and treat a variety of health conditions. Can be used as exercises or for healing.

 
Quantum Healing - a form of Energy Healing that may help get to the energetic source of dis-ease either on a physical or emotional level. A Quantum session is said to aid in moving out long term issues in the energetic field. Recovery of Soul Fragmentation - When an individual experiences a trauma, part of their soul may leave them. This part of our vital life energy can leave the body and become lost in non-ordinary reality. This often happens as a way for the individual to protect their self. An individual who is in a car accident can experience soul loss. They will speak of how they observed their injured body from above (using the words like “out of body”).
